Urja Shah is certified in Narrative Practice and Design Thinking. As a trustee and leader of a community development NGO in Gujarat - the Setco Foundation, as well as the CSR lead in the Setco Group, an automobile component company, she extensively integrates these practices in her work with communities, teams and leaders to enhance empathy, multi-dimensional approaches, deeply connected strategic thinking and social innovation in collaborative projects and spaces. Urja has also been part of Tea N Talk, a sharing space for families of children with developmental delays and disabilities.  Urja also mentors and coaches university students in their engaged learning experiences, as well as women who are evolving  their formal or informal leadership roles in their various spaces.
