Sneha is a trainer, supervisor and an entrepreneur. She has been working with children and community health workers on Early childhood education and development since the last 10 years. She is also a teacher and supervisor for the international diploma programs of Narrative Practices. A master trainer and supervisor of an international tool called GMCD (guide for monitoring child development) and Ubuntu program a participatory group and peer support spaces for children with developmental disabilities and their families. Her work is informed with Narrative practices, her communities’ ways of living and participatory lens. She calls the Narrative ideas as the “Gehraiyo wali duniya” which has brought her the curiosity to listen and loiter in different storylands with care and kindness. She loves to spend her time by walking at the beach listening to Tamil and Kannada songs or creating some little things for her online store called Mallige.
