Manisha
Manisha is a child development and mental health professional with over 17 years of experience in child development, disability support, counselling, and community-based interventions. She holds a B.Com degree along with professional training in Child Development Aide (CDA), child development (ToT), and mental health counselling.
As a Senior Program Coordinator with Setco Foundation, Manisha works closely with children with developmental delays and disabilities and their families. She leads and coordinates therapy and child-focused interventions, supports the professional team, and contributes to strengthening community-based support systems. Her approach combines empathy, practical experience, and a strong commitment to enabling every child to achieve their potential.
