Maggie Loredo (She/Her) is a mujer practicante narrativa with over twelve years of experience in translocal advocacy, community organizing, and accompanying undocumented, deported, and forcibly returned families between Mexico and the US.

Currently, Maggie coordinates the Migration and Narrative Practices Seminar and the Clinical area at the Collective of Narrative Practices Mexico. In 2015, she co-founded Otro Dreams en Acción (ODA), a non-profit organization in Mexico City by and for deported and returned people. Maggie is also a film impact producer.

Her personal experience of undocumentedness and return migration has closely informed her work with individuals, groups, and communities. Her work focuses on migration, gender, grief, and criminalization.

Her creative practices are photography, embroidery, and writing. She currently lives in Querétaro with her black cat, Luna.
