Jalpa is a child development and disability support professional with over 17 years of experience in child-focused interventions, disability support, therapy coordination, and community-based work. She holds a B.Com degree and Pri-PTC qualification, along with professional training in Child Development Aide (CDA), child development (ToT), and mental health.
As a Senior Program Coordinator with Setco Foundation, Jalpa works with children experiencing developmental delays and disabilities, supporting their developmental and therapeutic needs while coordinating with families and the wider program team. Her responsibilities include therapy support, team coordination, child-focused interventions, and community engagement, with a strong emphasis on collaborative and family-centred approaches.
