Supervision

Some of us from the collective offer support through one-on-one and group supervision to individual practitioners and organisations who are exploring narrative practices in their work.

The focus of conversations in supervision will be on development of stories supervisees have about their abilities to do their work well, to discover creative responses to challenges, and to reflect on learning from their own life and work.

These conversations are facilitated with the assumptions that the supervisee's professional identity is multi-storied and not single-storied. Hence the focus is for supervisee’s to experience themselves as multi-storied selves.

We believe that supervisee’s are always taking action in response to what they are experiencing at their work hence we are interested in exploring these actions as entry points into stories of  rich history of know-hows and possibilities for new developments.
